The Administrator's Professional Learning Series aims to develop skills in collaborative leadership by fostering effective teams, building a shared vision, and managing conflicts constructively. It promotes continuous improvement, reflective practices, and the application of improvement processes. Additionally, it focuses on reimagining change implementation by integrating the California Community Schools Framework, engaging stakeholders, and leveraging community partnerships to support holistic student development.
