California Healthy Youth Act (CHYA) Ed Code 51930-51939 requires school districts to provide students with the knowledge and skills needed to develop healthy attitudes concerning adolescent growth and development, gender, sexual orientation, and relationships.
This informational training will specifically cover Ed Code 51933 which additionally includes comprehensive sexual health education needing to be appropriate for youth of all genders, races, and sexual orientations. |
