Career Exploration Curriculum 1 – Professional Development

This is the first session of a three session professional development series on our career exploration curriculum resources.

Session 1 Focus During this session educators will receive hands-on training and practice implementing the KCSOS 5-Hour Career Exploration (CE) Workshop in a classroom. Featured resources for this session are:

  • The base course using a Canvas website and Genially platform slide deck.
  • Optional activities for deeper and student-tailored exploration.
  • URL implementation strategies.
  • Flexible scheduling and pacing ideas.
REQUIRED MATERIALS: Laptop computer, pen/pencil, notebook SCHEDULE: Lunch break (on your own) will be approximately 11:45am-12:45pm
