Data Use Self-Assessment Toolkit

Are you curious about data culture and current levels of data use in your organization? If so, the Data Use Self-Assessment will provide valuable information to you and your team. Designed by a team of data professionals from county offices of education in California, the Data Use Self-Assessment is a unique and flexible tool that measure levels of data use, data culture, and data literacy. Participation and completion of the Data Use Self-Assessment tool will indicate strengths and areas of improvement in each of the four components (Systems, Knowledge, Practices, and Leadership). The KiDS team works with your organization on one or multiple components of the toolkit to support and help create and action plan for improved data use. The KiDS data specialists have insights into areas where data improvements can be made to ensure more accuracy and alignment within the organization.
