Fraction Progression Series

Understanding of fractions is one of the most important skills necessary for students to succeed in mathematics. In this interactive session, participants will understand the progression of fractions from the meaning of fractions, equivalent fractions, to fraction operations. They walk away with specific tools that will support students’ reasoning and understanding of fractions. Participants will receive books that they can use as a resource to implement strategies during instruction and to apply their learning immediately. |
