Build understanding of the 2023 Math Framework; specifically understanding engaging and equitable math experiences to include teaching around big ideas and connecting learning to the real world and data. Engage in investigations, recognize assets, and look at structures that will positively impact students’ math identities. Understanding progression from the 2013 to the 2023 CA Math Framework in order to highlight similarities and differences. |
