What constitutes and effective mathematics program? What systems are in place to ensure your mathematics program operates and functions to the highest degree? The Math Leadership Community of Practice (ML-COP) is crafted to provide a rich learning environment for participants, bringing together experienced educators, curriculum specialists, and administrators who are dedicated to enhancing the mathematical experience for students in their districts. District/Site teams will engage in capacity assessments, initiative inventories, reflecting on district/site vision for mathematics, and discussion of tools for implementation and monitoring. The ML-COP is not just a one-time events but the beginning of an ongoing community that aims to promote continuous learning and support among its members. |
