PBIS Active Supervision (Winter)

Join us for a professional development workshop tailored for classified staff focusing on the vital skill of active supervision. In this workshop, participants will develop a deeper understanding of how creating physically and psychologically safe environments promotes a positive school environment. Staff will learn proactive approaches to prevent potential incidents, as well as to how to address concerns in a respectfully while maintaining authority. Participants will learn praticial strategies that they can implement tomorrow to enhance their ability to supervise students effectively in various locations on campus.
