PBIS Recess to Relationships

This workshop is designed for classified school staff and after school staff who play crucial roles in creating physically, psychologically, and emotionally safe campuses. Participants will learn about the impact of forming positive relationships can have on student behavior and overall school climate. Participants will learn:
  • Practical strategies to build relationships with all students.
  • Brainstorm ideas to promote safety and inclusivity within their role.
  • Learn to identify students strengths and leverage those strengths to increase student and school connectedness.
