Self Awareness

Self-Awareness is the ability to understand one’s own emotions, thoughts, and values and how they influence behavior across contexts. This includes capacities to recognize one’s strengths and limitations with a well-grounded sense of confidence and purpose. In this session, we will focus on the What & Why, When, and How for integrating into our being as adults, into school-wide practices and into classroom instructional delivery. Self Awareness Flyer
