The Truancy Reduction & Attendance Coalition of Kern (TRACK) is a collaborative initiative focused on addressing truancy and improving student attendance in Kern County, California. The coalition organizes regular meetings where various stakeholders, including educators, school administrators, law enforcement officials, social workers, and community members, come together to discuss up-to-date information and share best practices.
By fostering a collaborative approach and sharing effective strategies, TRACK endeavors to create a supportive and engaging environment for students, thereby reducing truancy rates and improving overall attendance across Kern County schools.
