Forward Thinking Interactive Journaling

The Change Companies®, publisher of the Forward Thinking cognitive-behavioral series of journals that assist youth in making positive changes to their thoughts, feelings and behaviors, is offering a two-day implementation training for those currently facilitating, or planning on facilitating Interactive Journaling® in their program. Learning Objectives:
  • Describe the Forward Thinking Interactive Journaling® System.
  • Present foundational principles and theoretical underpinnings that support the use of journaling as an effective behavioral change strategy.
  • Demonstrate effective methods to implement Forward Thinking to support at-risk teens.
  • Practice the most powerful facilitation techniques for using Forward Thinking Interactive Journaling® with youth.
