Join 21CSLA in The Principal As Leader-Systems Thinking and Instructional
Leadership Community of Practice which is designed specifically for principals in
the first three years of their tenure. This Academy will equip early career
principals with the knowledge and tools to design and implement effective school
wide systems and structures. By developing a systems thinking approach and
refining instructional leadership practices, participants will be empowered to foster
sustained academic growth and drive continuous school improvement. |
